Responsibilities:
Guide and assist customers throughout their buying journey, ensuring a personalized and luxurious shopping experience.

Support retail operations, including handling cash transactions, store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising to maintain a premium store setting.

Open and close the store with responsibility and attention to detail, ensuring all procedures are followed meticulously.

Drive store-level sales by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and offering appropriate product recommendations.

Assist the store manager and team in achieving sales targets and maintaining high standards of customer service.

Manage store assets and equipment with care, ensuring everything is in optimal condition.

Maintain the in-store visual merchandise to reflect the brand’s luxury image and attract potential customers.

Provide feedback and on-ground insights to the management team to help improve store operations and customer satisfaction.

Strong customer service orientation,



with the ability to deliver a high end shopping experience.

Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices within a luxury retail setting.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

Team player with solid listening skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues.

Ability to resolve customer concerns with tact and diplomacy, maintaining the brand’s reputation.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
