Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests warmly as they enter the restaurant.
Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart to balance server workloads.
Provide accurate wait time estimates and manage the waiting list.
Escort guests to their tables and provide them with menus.
Answer phone calls for reservations and general inquiries.
Assist with takeout or delivery orders if necessary.
Ensure the entryway and host stand remain clean and inviting.
