Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Return Processing Executive who will manage and streamline the end-to-end returns process of E-Commerce platforms. The role involves ensuring efficient handling of product returns, minimizing losses, and maximizing customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Optimization various e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Blinkit, Zepto, etc.).

Oversee daily operations of returns.

Implement policies for returns, replacements, and refunds in alignment with company standards.

Coordinate with warehouse, quality control, and customer service teams.

Analyse return trends to identify quality issues, fraud cases, or process gaps.

Work with vendors and suppliers on defective product claims and return-to-origin cases.

Monitor KPIs such as return rate,



processing time, recovery value, and customer satisfaction.

Optimize return handling costs while improving efficiency.

Ensure compliance with company policies, vendor agreements, and legal standards.

Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply relevant field.

2+ years of experience in e-commerce returns.

Knowledge of return claims, quality inspection, and inventory management.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to lead and manage cross-functional teams.

Proficient in MS-Excel
