This is an inbound customer service profile where in you will be responsible to receive calls from the UK customers & you will be responsible to resolve their problems and queries over call
Hiring for International Voice Process
Excellent command in English with UK accent should have conversational skills, instant and spontaneous responsiveness while in conversation required
Must have experience in handling UK customers over the call
Out of hour calls & customer service is required.
