Shift Timings: 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for ServiceNow configurations and customizations.
Develop and implement advanced workflows, business rules, scripts, and user interfaces using ServiceNow tools and APIs.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using industry best practices (e.g., LDAP,



REST APIs).
Ensure code quality through code reviews and adherence to coding standards.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a ServiceNow developer (5+ years)
Robust understanding of ServiceNow core functionalities (ITSM CMDB, etc.)
Robust Experience in one additional ServiceNow module (SPM, IRM, SecOps, ITOM or APM)
Robust Experience with Flow Designer
Experience with scripting languages used in ServiceNow (e.g., JavaScript)

ServiceNow Certifications:
Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA)
Certified ServiceNow Developer (CAD)
