Educational Qualification
Mandatory: Graduation in BBA (Bachelor of Business Administration)

Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing growth strategies to increase market presence
Support day-to-day office operations, coordination, and process improvement
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior
Identify new opportunities for sales channels, partnerships, and distribution
Prepare reports, presentations, and data insights for management review
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution




Help streamline internal workflows to improve efficiency and productivity
Track performance metrics and suggest actionable improvements

Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of business and office operations:
Critical and analytical thinking to identify growth opportunities
Ability to evaluate market data and convert insights into strategies
Positive communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
