Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Operate reactors, pumps, valves, distillation units, dryers, and other production equipment.
Handle batch charging, material transfer, filtration, drying, and packing activities.
Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, and flow during production.
Follow SOPs, GMP, and safety procedures during manufacturing operations.
Perform cleaning of equipment and production areas as per SOP.
Maintain production records, logbooks, and batch documents accurately.
Support troubleshooting activities to minimize production downtime.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, and Warehouse teams for smooth operations.
Ensure proper use of PPE and adherence to EHS guidelines.
Report abnormalities, breakdowns, deviations, or safety incidents to supervisors immediately.

Required Skills:




Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical/API manufacturing processes.
Understanding of GMP, SOP, and safety practices.
Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Knowledge of handling chemical/process equipment.
ITI AOCP certification mandatory.
Experience in Pharma/API/Chemical manufacturing industry preferred.

Working Conditions
Rotational shifts including night shifts.
Plant/shop-floor working setting.
Use of PPE and adherence to safety standards mandatory.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
