Interior Designer - Real Estate Developer Company

Experience Required∙Minimum 6 years to Maximum 10 years of relevant experience in interior design projects.

Key Responsibilities∙Develop cutting-edge interior design concepts, layouts, and space planning solutions. ∙Prepare design presentations, mood boards, material selections, and design proposals. ∙Create detailed working drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, electrical layouts, and 3D visualizations. ∙Coordinate with architects, MEP consultants, contractors, vendors, and project teams. ∙Supervise execution of interior works at project sites and ensure quality standards are maintained. ∙Select materials, finishes, fixtures, furniture, lighting, and décor elements as per project requirements. ∙Ensure projects are executed within approved timelines and budgets. ∙Conduct site visits, inspections, and resolve design or execution-related issues. ∙Review BOQs, vendor quotations, and material specifications. ∙Coordinate client requirements and incorporate design modifications where necessary.



∙Ensure compliance with safety standards, design specifications, and company quality guidelines. ∙Maintain proper project documentation and progress reports.

Educational Qualification∙Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
