Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Shift Engineer – Production to supervise production activities during assigned shifts, ensure smooth plant operations, maintain product quality, and achieve daily production targets while following safety standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise production activities during the assigned shift.
Ensure production targets are achieved as per the production plan.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
Maintain product quality as per company standards.
Ensure proper utilization of manpower, machines, and raw materials.
Prepare and maintain daily production reports and shift handover records.
Implement and monitor safety procedures and housekeeping (5S).
Minimize downtime, wastage, and production losses.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Warehouse, and other departments.




Train and guide production operators and technicians.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

Requirements
Qualification: Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Electrical, or related Engineering.

Experience: 0–5 years in a manufacturing/production setting.
Knowledge of production processes and machine operations.
Robust leadership and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to work in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
