Key Responsibilities - Social Media Executive

Manage and maintain all social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels to ensure consistent brand presence.

Plan, create, and publish high-quality and engaging content including posts, reels, stories, and promotional creatives.

Develop content calendars and ensure timely posting as per marketing strategies.

Handle customer interactions by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a qualified and timely manner.

Coordinate with internal teams for product shoots, campaign planning, festive promotions, and branding activities.

Monitor social media trends, competitors, and audience behavior to improve reach and engagement.

Analyze performance metrics (likes, reach, engagement, followers) and suggest improvements for better results.

Manage and collect customer reviews on platforms like Google and ensure positive brand reputation.

Support digital marketing activities and assist in executing online campaigns effectively.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
