Job Title: TA Recruiter

Purpose of the role

In this role, you will:
Full-Cycle Recruitment:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a high volume of roles, from initial intake meetings with hiring managers to offer negotiation and onboarding.

Technology-Driven Recruitment:
Utilize and master a suite of modern recruitment technologies, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), AI-powered sourcing tools, automated screening platforms, and data analytics dashboards to optimize workflow and increase productivity.

Process Automation:
Data-Driven Insights:
Track, analyze, and report on key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source-of-hire. Use data to identify bottlenecks and propose solutions for continuous improvement.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand their needs, provide regular updates, and manage expectations. Advise on market trends, sourcing strategies, and best practices.

Employer Branding:




Collaborate with marketing and internal communications teams to promote our employer brand and attract top talent from a diverse global pool.

Compliance and Best Practices:
Ensure all recruitment activities are conducted in compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and recruitment trends.

To be successful you will:
Proven experience in a high-volume recruitment role, preferably within an offshore or shared services environment.
Solid proficiency with contemporary Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment technologies (e.g., automated interview platforms, sourcing tools).
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a high-pressure setting.
A data-driven mindset with the ability to use metrics to inform decisions and optimize performance.
A proactive and problem-solving attitude with a passion for process improvement and technology.
