ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform voucher entry, ledger maintenance, and routine bookkeeping
Process vendor and statutory payments with accurate documentation
Assist with bank reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations
Prepare GST and TDS working files; liaise with consultants
Support internal and statutory audits by organizing schedules and supporting documents
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve accounting entries and close reconciliation gaps

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 3 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector (required)
Hands-on experience with Tally ERP
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel — Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation
Working knowledge of GST and TDS compliance
Solid organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to meet deadlines in a multi-entity workplace

EDUCATION
B.Com / M.Com / MBA in Finance or a related field

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
