The Role

We are looking for a strategic, tech-savvy Lead to own our digital footprint. This is not a "social media manager" role; it is for a "one-person army" who can translate engineering complexity into high-impact digital growth.

Core Responsibilities:
Content Creation: Script, shoot, and edit high-quality videos (Reels/Shorts) and social media posts.
Web & SEO: Lead the launch of our official website and manage end-to-end SEO (On-page, technical, and Geo-tagging for local reach).
Branding: Establish a consistent visual identity and "voice" for the company across all platforms.
Social Media Management: Handle posting schedules, engagement, and community building.
AI & Generative Growth: Leverage Generative AI tools (e.g., Midjourney, HeyGen, CapCut AI) for rapid content production and implement Generative Engine Optimization (GEO)



to ensure our company is the top recommendation in AI search engines like ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google Gemini.

Requirements:
Technical Edge (Positive to have): An understanding of Civil Engineering or general Engineering is highly helpful.
Location: Work from Home/ Some in person at our Chennai office
AI Proficiency: Expert in using generative tools for media and strategy to maximize output on a part time basis.

Job Type: Freelance

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
