Excellent knowledge of architectural regulations and procedures.
Hands on experience in residential and commercial projects.
To design and develop commercial & residential projects as per the inputs.
Controlling projects from start to finish ensuring high quality, creative and functional design.
Using the construction brief to identify client needs and put together feasibility.
Produce detailed blueprints and make any necessary corrections and compile project specifications.
Keep within budgets and timelines and Make on site visits to check on project status and report on project.
To maintain proper drawing records for company as per norms and to select of materials.
Working around constraining factors such as town planning legislation, environmental impact, and project budget.
Working closely with a team of other specialists such as building service engineers, construction managers, quantity surveyors and architectural technologists.
Determine cost of completion and project requirements in the budgeting phase.
Set a timeline for the completion of an interior design project.
