Key Responsibilities
Design high-quality social media posts, posters, and ad creatives:
Create festival creatives, banners, and promotional materials:
Work on branding elements such as logos, brochures, and templates
Develop Reels thumbnails and motion poster concepts:
Edit videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, Ads):
Ensure brand consistency across all designs
Collaborate with the marketing and content team:
Deliver creative work on time with high quality

Required Skills:
Strong knowledge of:
Adobe Photoshop:
Adobe Illustrator:
Canva:
Basic to intermediate skills in:
Adobe After Effects (motion graphics)




Adobe Premiere Pro (video editing)
Valuable understanding of:
Typography & color theory:
Modern design trends:
Ability to create premium and engaging creatives:
Understanding of Indian audience & market trends

Bonus Skills (preferred)
Video editing expertise for reels & ads
Knowledge of AI design tools (Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, etc.)
Experience working with schools or local businesses

Eligibility Criteria
Minimum 6 months experience:
