Role Overview

As a School Coordinator, you will support planning, coordination, and execution of project activities across schools and community spaces. You will ensure effective implementation of program components in schools and Community Learning Centres under the guidance of the Project Manager.

Key ResponsibilitiesSchool Coordination & Implementation
Support execution of project plans within assigned schools
Coordinate with teachers, principals, and school staff
Assist in strengthening classroom practices and foundational learning
Monitor school-level progress and learning activities
Facilitate integration of program interventions within schools

Community Learning Centre (CLC) Activities
Support setup and day-to-day functioning of Community Learning Centres
Conduct age-appropriate learning sessions focusing on foundational learning
Organize remedial classes, bridge courses, and act
