Job Summary

BuildOwn Developers is looking for a motivated and responsible Site Engineer to oversee day-to-day construction activities and ensure projects are executed as per approved plans, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the project site.
Ensure construction work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and standards.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, architects, consultants, and project teams.
Monitor the quality of materials and workmanship at the site.
Check measurements, quantities, and work progress.
Prepare daily site progress reports and maintain site records.
Identify and resolve site-related issues in coordination with the project team.
Ensure proper utilization of materials, manpower, and resources.
Monitor project schedules and support timely completion of assigned works.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and site procedures.

Requirements




Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
1–2 years of experience in residential construction or real estate projects.
Valuable knowledge of construction methods, materials, and site practices.
Ability to read and understand civil drawings.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Solid site supervision and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD will be an advantage.
Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Preferred Skills
Valuable knowledge of residential villa construction.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams.
Responsible, proactive, and detail-oriented approach.
Knowledge of Kerala construction practices will be an added advantage
