Role Overview

We are looking for a Production Floor Supervisor with 2+ years of experience (preferably in the food industry) who will be responsible for managing day-to-day production operations, allocating tasks across teams from production to packaging, and ensuring strict adherence to SOPs and quality standards.

This role is critical in maintaining efficiency, hygiene, and consistency on the shop floor.

Key Responsibilities1. Production Planning & Execution
Allocate daily tasks to team members across:
Prep kitchen
Production (popsicle/ice cream machines)
Blast freezing
Packaging
Ensure smooth workflow from raw material to finished goods:




Monitor production schedules and ensure timely output as per targets
SOP & Quality Compliance
Ensure strict adherence to:
Production SOPs:
Recipe standardization:
Batch consistency:
Conduct regular checks for:
Product quality
Texture, taste, and finish
Immediately escalate and resolve quality deviations
Hygiene & Food Safety
Maintain high standards of:
Personal hygiene of staff:
Equipment cleanliness:
Workstation sanitation:
Ensure compliance with food safety norms (FSSAI standards preferred):
Monitor proper handling of:
Raw fruits & pulp
Storage conditions (cold rooM/Freezer)
Team Management
Supervise and guide production staff on:
Daily responsibilities
Correct processes
Ensure discipline, attendance, and efficiency on the floor
Train current team members on:
SOPs
Hygiene standards
Machine handling basics
Packaging & Dispatch Coordination
Oversee packaging proces
