We are looking for a Meta Ads Expert to manage and scale paid advertising campaigns across Facebook and Instagram. This role is ideal for someone who understands performance marketing and can drive qualified leads, conversions, and ROI through well-structured ad campaigns.

The Meta Ads Expert will be responsible for planning, creating, launching, and optimizing ad campaigns, including audience research, funnel setup, ad creatives, copy coordination, and budget allocation. You will continuously monitor performance metrics such as CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates, and take data-driven actions to improve results.

The role also includes setting up and managing Meta Pixel, Conversion API, and event tracking, working closely with landing pages and funnels, and ensuring accurate conversion tracking. A robust understanding of A/B testing, retargeting strategies, lookalike audiences, and scaling profitable campaigns is essential.
