The Sales Administrator is responsible for the productive orders processing for customers in Europe.

This position reports to the Sales Admin Team Leader and is part of the European Sales Admin Team. The role is on-site, located in Hyderabad.

In this role, you will have the chance to:
Manage and process global orders using CRM and ERP systems, ensuring accurate entry and alignment with purchase order details.
Maintain and update CRM data, including entering current information and keeping records current.
Ensure data quality by identifying and resolving duplicate entries within CRM systems.

The essential requirements of the job include:
Experience in order entry or administrative support, ideally using a CRM or ERP system (ideally MSCRM, Salesforce, MS Dynamics, D365).
