Key Responsibilities of a Senior Telecaller Officer:
Sales & Revenue Generation: Proactively make outbound calls to pitch products/services, generate leads, and close sales to meet or exceed monthly, weekly, and daily targets.

Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain solid, lasting relationships with potential and existing clients to foster loyalty.

Escalation Handling & Problem Solving: Handle complex customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and address escalated issues in a skilled manner.

Performance Leadership: Mentor and train junior telecallers, provide guidance on sales techniques, and assist in monitoring team performance.

Data Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate,



up-to-date customer records in the CRM, track call logs, and prepare reports on sales activities and outcomes.

Script Customization: Utilize and adapt predefined scripts to suit different customer situations, ensuring effective communication.

Collections (if applicable): In financial sectors, Senior Officers handle loan recovery, negotiate payment plans with debtors, and ensure timely repayment.

Market Research: Analyze customer needs and feedback to provide insights for improving products, services, and sales strategies.
