About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and update support tickets in the CRM or ticketing system.
Escalate complex issues or grievances to the appropriate department when necessary.
Provide explicit, empathetic, and solution-oriented communication to customers.
Identify recurring issues and suggest process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Ensure all responses align with company policies and brand tone.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
