Customer Care Executive
Handle inbound and outbound interactions with UK-based customers, ensuring a professional, courteous, and confident approach.

Analyze customer needs and deliver precise, timely, and solution-oriented responses.

Resolve queries effectively, ensuring a seamless and satisfying customer experience.

Uphold high call quality standards with empathy, active listening, and professionalism.
Sales & Conversion

Assess customer requirements and recommend tailored products or services.

Drive revenue growth by consistently achieving sales targets and KPIs.

Proactively engage and follow up with leads to maximize conversion rates.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Process Adherence & Compliance

Strictly adhere to UK process guidelines, scripts, and organizational policies.

Ensure complete data security and confidentiality of customer information.

Consistently meet and exceed quality, productivity, and compliance benchmarks.

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.




Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent spoken English with a clear and neutral accent (UK shift experience preferred).

Proven experience in BPO, Sales, Customer Support, or International Calling is an added advantage.

Robust communication, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.

Target-driven mindset with the ability to perform in a rapid-paced environment.

Proficiency in basic computer operations and CRM tools.

Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate preferred.
