The Site Engineer - Civil ensures exact on-the-ground execution of structural and architectural plans for high-rise commercial and IT park zones. You will manage site labor, enforce quality standards, and provide vital daily data to the project leadership.

Core Responsibilities
On-Site Execution: Supervise daily construction activities for high-rise commercial towers and IT park infrastructure, ensuring strict adherence to structural drawings and engineering specifications.
Progress Reporting: Generate accurate Daily Progress Reports (DPR) detailing work completed, labor strength, and daily material consumption for review and validation by the Project Head.
Quality Control (QA/QC): Conduct routine site inspections to verify concrete grades, steel reinforcement (BBS), and finishing works meet required structural codes and quality benchmarks.
Material & BOQ Support: Track in office inventory, minimize material wastage, and provide accurate field measurements to assist the Project Head in Bill of Quantities (BOQ) preparation and cost control.
Contractor Coordination:



Direct foremen, subcontractors, and daily laborers to maintain project momentum and align with the forward planning and upcoming months' forecasts set by leadership.
Safety Compliance: Enforce rigorous safety standards specific to high-rise construction, ensuring proper use of PPE, scaffolding integrity, and fall protection protocols.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
3 to 7 years of active in office experience, with a mandatory background in high-rise commercial buildings or large-scale IT parks.
Strong proficiency in reading complex architectural and structural blueprints.
Hands-on experience with surveying instruments (e.g., Auto Level, Total Station).
Working knowledge of AutoCAD for drawing verification and MS Excel for daily reporting tasks.

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹48,000.00 per month
