Telecaller - IT Sales (Lead Generation & Conversion)

We are hiring a Telecaller - IT Sales for our IT and digital services agency. This role is focused on outbound calling, lead generation, and conversion. We are looking for a confident communicator who can understand client needs and turn conversations into business opportunities.

Your key responsibility will be to make sales calls, generate quality leads, pitch IT and digital services, handle objections professionally, and follow up regularly until closure. You will also be required to understand customer requirements and maintain accurate records of calls and leads using CRM tools or Excel.

You will be responsible for promoting services such as website and mobile app development, digital marketing solutions,



software or SaaS products, and CRM or automation tools. A basic understanding of IT or digital services is required, though technical or coding knowledge is not necessary.
