Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, highly accountable Site Engineer with 5+ years of practical field experience to manage daily site operations, interpret drawings, drive execution teams, handle client correspondence, and ensure accurate material and labor usage.

Key Responsibilities
Structural & Design Interpretation: Read, execute, and verify civil, structural, architectural, and landscape drawings accurately on site.
Site Execution & Supervision: Oversee site operations for hardscape (paving, stone work, civil structures), softscape (plantation, soil preparation, irrigation), and infrastructure projects.
Material Management & Reconciliation: Track incoming raw materials, calculate quantities, eliminate site wastage, and perform detailed weekly material reconciliations.
Labor & Subcontractor Coordination:



Assign daily duties, manage labor attendance, drive field productivity, and ensure site safety protocols.
Client Communication & Daily Reporting: Prepare Daily Progress Reports (DPR), track site milestones, and handle formal email communications and updates with clients and project consultants.
Site Mobility: Regularly travel between multiple ongoing project sites across Pune to maintain project execution quality and deadlines.

Key Requirements:
5+ years of direct experience executing civil, landscape, hardscape, or infrastructure site work.
Mastery over drawing reading, layout setting, and site measurement techniques.
Proficiency in basic computer/mobile usage for daily client emailing and progress reporting.
Ownership of a personal motor vehicle/two-wheeler for regular site travel.
Degree or diploma is NOT mandatoryyour site expertise and past execution record are what matter.
