Job description
Managing end-to-end recruitment including both Domestic and International hiring.
Screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews with HODs
Offer negotiation, offer rollout, and onboarding coordination
Maintaining recruitment MIS and hiring trackers
Building talent pipelines for critical and niche positions
Requirements:
1 - 5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition (Pharma industry preferred)
Robust sourcing, headhunting, and negotiation skills
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Immediate joiners preferred
