Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers
Explain company products/services clearly
Handle customer queries and provide accurate information
Generate leads and follow up regularly
Maintain call records and update CRM/data sheets
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets
Build and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in English and Hindi (regional language is a plus)
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, calling software, etc.)
Ability to handle rejection and stay motivated
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Positive attitude and team player

Preferred Skills:
Experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support
Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
Valuable listening and problem-solving skills
