Area Sales Executive - Vocco NaturalsJob Summary

Vocco Naturals is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Area Sales Executive responsible for expanding market presence, increasing product sales, and developing strong distributor and retailer networks within the assigned territory. The role involves field sales, dealer management, retail visits, business development, and achieving monthly sales targets for the company’s natural and wellness product range.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage distributor, wholesaler, and retailer networks in the assigned area.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
Conduct regular market visits and generate current business opportunities.
Ensure product availability and visibility across retail outlets.
Build strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and clients.
Promote Vocco Naturals products and explain product benefits to customers.
Identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
Collect orders and coordinate with dispatch and operations teams for timely delivery.




Monitor payment collections and maintain healthy business relationships.
Submit daily sales reports, market feedback, and performance updates to management.
Support branding, promotional campaigns, and product-launch activities.

Required Skills:
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Knowledge of FMCG or wellness-product sales
Ability to work in field-sales workplace
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Market analysis and relationship-management skills
Basic knowledge of Excel and reporting tools

Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred
Experience in FMCG, wellness, or retail sales will be an advantage
Freshers with solid communication skills may also apply

Work Location

Assigned sales territory/region as per company requirements.
