Roles & Responsibilities
Define and manage SLI, SLO, and SLA for reliable infrastructure services.
Monitor infrastructure using tools such as SCOM, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana, or Splunk .
Support and maintain VMware/Hyper-V and private cloud VDI environments .
Handle Windows Server administration and infrastructure troubleshooting.
Work on On-Premises to Cloud migration activities.
Ensure high availability, performance, reliability, and incident resolution.
Banking domain experience is an added advantage.
