Roles & Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients (Free Listings) and persuade them to register their businesses.
Generate appointments for the Marketing Executives.
Educate customers about the products, benefits, and services offered.
Understand customer needs and suggest the most suitable advertising or listing plans.




Convert Free Listings into Paid and Premium Paid Listings.
Handle inbound calls, resolve customer queries, and provide prompt support.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and leads in the CRM system.
Achieve daily/weekly call and sales conversion targets.
Collaborate with team members to achieve company objectives.

Day-to-Day Tasks
Make outbound calls and generate leads or appointments.
Obtain and update customer details in the database.
Cold call potential customers and close sales over the phone.
Handle both incoming and outgoing calls professionally.
Maintain a positive, friendly, and persuasive tone on every call.

Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid listening, negotiation, and convincing ability.
Proficient in English, Hindi & Marathi.
Basic computer knowledge and CRM usage skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team setting.
