Role Overview
The Patient Relationship Associate (PRA) will act as a bridge between the hospital and the community. The role involves building relationships with the public, local representatives, community leaders, institutions and patients to increase awareness about the hospital’s services and help patients access proper medical care.
This is a field-oriented role for individuals who enjoy interacting with people and creating meaningful community relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Build strong relationships with local communities, panchayat representatives, teachers, social workers and public institutions
Spread awareness about hospital services, doctors and health programs
Help patients and families understand how to access hospital services
Coordinate health camps, awareness activities and outreach programs
Maintain regular communication with patients and local contacts
Support patient guidance and follow-up activities
Strengthen the hospital’s reputation through ethical and respectful public interaction
Work towards increasing patient footfall and community trust
