Qualification: Diploma / ITI / Graduate in Civil, Interior Design or related field

Job Purpose:

Supervise and coordinate interior, civil finishing, renovation, and facility maintenance works, ensuring quality, safety, timely completion, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise interior and civil finishing activities at site.
Coordinate contractors, vendors, and workmen.
Monitor flooring, false ceiling, painting, carpentry, partitions, furniture, electrical, plumbing, glass and aluminium works.
Check work quality, measurements, BOQ, materials and project progress.




Verify contractor work and bills based on actual measurements.
Coordinate with Purchase, Stores, EHS and other departments.
Maintain daily progress, material and manpower records.
Identify and close defects, snags and incomplete works.
Ensure safety, PPE, housekeeping and minimum disturbance to plant/office operations.
Support estimates, BOQs, renovation and maintenance projects.
Provide regular project status updates to management.

Pay: ₹10,156.90 - ₹30,000.02 per month
