Experience : minimum 2 year of site experience,
Supervise daily operational activities and assign tasks to site staff, tradespeople, and subcontractors.
Serve as the main point of contact for daily operations between contractors, engineers, architects
Read, interpret, and ensure compliance with blueprints, schematics, and structural plans / Interior drawings,
Monitor project timelines to keep construction work aligned with the master project schedule.
Inspect ongoing work to ensure craftsmanship meets company standards, blueprints, and local building codes.
Monitor equipment, tools, and material inventory in office to ensure optimal use and prevent damage or theft.
Inspect incoming materials to ensure they match orders and specification standards.
Address and resolve in office delays, material shortages, or labor issues promptly.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
