About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain robust relationships with clients through regular communication.
Assist researchers, academicians, and professionals throughout the publication process.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable research publication services.
Coordinate with internal editorial and production teams to ensure timely project completion.
Handle client queries and provide prompt, professional resolutions.
Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and long-term engagement.
Promote additional research and publication services to existing clients.
Maintain accurate client records and communication history using digital tools.
Eligibility
Freshers are encouraged to apply.:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or related disciplines.
Required Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Interest in research, scientific publications, and academic communication.
Valuable organizational and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and online communication tools.
Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow.
