Key ResponsibilitiesSite Execution & Management
Supervise daily in office interior fit-out activities (carpentry, civil work, electrical, plumbing, painting, and false ceiling installations).
Verify exact site measurements and cross-check them against blueprints and layout drawings before starting work.
Ensure work follows the approved design specifications, material selections, and alignment standards.
Understanding of Autocad drawings
Preparing detailed site execution schedule to meet timelines as agreed with client.

Coordination & Communication
Coordinate schedules with contractors, external vendors, and sub-contractors.
Prevent work clashes between different teams on site.
Report daily project progress (including photo updates and logs) to the design team and management.
Conduct weekly meeting with client and Design team for better coordination

Quality & Safety Control
Inspect workmanship regularly to maintain high interior finish standards.
Spot and fix defects or alignment errors early.
Enforce site safety rules, clean housekeeping habits, and proper material handling to reduce waste and accidents
