Job Title: Bidder (BDE) - Business Development Executive

Role Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and business through platforms like Upwork, PeoplePerHour (PPH), and Fiverr.
Handle client communication and understand project requirements.
Prepare and submit proposals according to client needs.
Coordinate with the technical/marketing team for project discussions.
Maintain follow-ups with potential clients.
Build long-term client relationships for repeat business.
Identify current business opportunities in the international market.

Required Skills:




Minimum 1 year of experience in bidding/business development.
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, and PPH.
Basic understanding of SEO and Digital Marketing services.
Valuable written and verbal communication skills.
Strong negotiation and proposal writing skills.
Ability to work in night shifts.
Work from office only
Self-motivated and target-oriented.
Able to handle multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience in Digital Marketing company preferred.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
