Job Title: Technical Writer – Presentations & Communication Expert
About the Role
We are looking for a skilled Technical Writer who excels in crafting transparent, engaging, and visually compelling content for both technical and non-technical audiences. This role blends strong writing skills with the ability to develop high-impact presentations and communication materials that drive understanding and alignment across teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Create, edit, and maintain technical documentation such as product guides, process docs, SOPs, and white papers.




Design and develop presentation decks for internal and external audiences (e.g., executive briefings, product demos, sales enablement, and training).
Translate complex technical concepts into easy, user-friendly language.
Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and leadership to gather information and ensure accuracy.
Drive communication strategies that improve cross-functional clarity and engagement.
Ensure consistency of tone, style, and branding across all materials.

Qualifications
3–5+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Communication Specialist, or similar role.
Exceptional written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar presentation platforms.
Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
Technical background or familiarity with Logistics is a plus.
