Role Description This is a full-time, on-site SOC Analyst role based in Thanjavur.The SOC Analyst monitors security events and alerts, triages incidents, and escalates issues according to established procedures. The role includes identifying potential threats, performing initial forensic analysis, and supporting incident response activities.

The SOC Analyst collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve detection rules, optimize security tools, and refine playbooks. The position also involves documenting findings, preparing reports, and contributing to continuous improvement of the Security Operations Center.

Qualifications
Solid experience in Security Operations Center environments, including monitoring, triage, and incident handling.
Proficiency in Cyber Threat Hunting (CTH) and Cyber Threat Intelligence (CTI) to proactively identify and assess emerging threats.




Demonstrated Analytical Skills for interpreting logs, alerts, and complex data to draw explicit, actionable conclusions.
Solid understanding of core Cybersecurity principles, tools, and frameworks relevant to enterprise environments.
Hands-on experience with SIEM platforms, endpoint security solutions, and network security monitoring tools.
Relevant certifications such as Security+, CySA+, CEH, or equivalent are preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work in office in Bengaluru, collaborate effectively with team members, and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
