Job Description
Develop and execute the organization's Talent Acquisition strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
Partner with leadership teams to drive workforce planning and hiring forecasts across manufacturing and corporate functions.
Lead recruitment efforts across engineering, production, operations, supply chain, quality, maintenance, projects, EHS, procurement, sales, and support functions.
Build robust talent pipelines for critical and niche manufacturing skill sets.
Drive leadership hiring mandates and strategic talent mapping initiatives across relevant industries.
Establish best-in-class recruitment governance, processes, metrics, and reporting frameworks.
Improve hiring effectiveness through data-driven decision making and recruitment analytics.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:




15+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with significant exposure to manufacturing-led organizations.
Proven experience hiring across large-scale industrial environments.
Strong background in industries such as:
Automotive, Auto Components, Steel, Chemicals, Industrial Manufacturing, Capital Goods, Heavy Engineering, Industrial Equipment, Process Manufacturing
Demonstrated experience managing leadership hiring as well as large-volume technical hiring mandates.
Strong stakeholder management capability with exposure to CXO and business leadership interactions.
Experience building and scaling Talent Acquisition teams and processes.
Solid understanding of talent mapping, workforce planning, employer branding, and hiring analytics.
Ability to operate effectively in a quick-paced, high-growth manufacturing workplace.
Excellent communication, influencing, and business partnering skills.
