Key Responsibilities
Develop innovative and aesthetically strong design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
Lead projects from concept design through execution and final handover.
Create mood boards, space planning, furniture layouts, material palettes, and design presentations.
Prepare detailed working drawings, construction drawings, and furniture details using AutoCAD.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants, contractors, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Conduct client meetings, understand design requirements, and present creative solutions confidently.
Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior designers to ensure timely project delivery.
Coordinate with the execution team to ensure design intent is maintained in office.
Stay updated with the latest design trends, materials, finishes, lighting, furniture, and luxury interiors.
Ensure projects are delivered within timelines while maintaining the highest design standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
5+ years of experience in Residential and Commercial Interior Design.
Strong design aesthetics with an excellent understanding of luxury interiors.
Exceptional space planning and conceptual design skills.
Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
Good knowledge of furniture detailing and construction drawings.
Strong presentation and client-handling skills.
Ability to lead and manage a design team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Robust problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Attention to detail and commitment to design excellence.
