Source top talent across various departments (including sales, corporate, and operational roles) through portals, qualified networks, and databases.
Coordinate interview processes with respective department managers and stakeholders.
Support and implement effective hiring strategies to meet quick-paced organizational growth.
Handle candidate onboarding, documentation management, and related HR operations support
