Job Title: Social Media Executive

Department: Online Marketing

Reports To: Assistant Marketing Manager – Creatives

Role Overview This role is responsible for managing the brand's presence across social media platforms — handling day-to-day postings, Online Reputation Management (ORM), and brand consistency — while working closely with the Sr. Social Media Specialist to drive engagement and growth. The role also involves coordinating content shoots end-to-end, supporting video production and presentation, and staying on top of market trends to bring fresh ideas to the team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and maintain social media profiles across platforms, ensuring timely postings and consistent brand identity
Monitor and respond to ORM queries, reviews, and mentions in a timely, brand-aligned manner
Collaborate with the Sr. Social Media Specialist to meet engagement and growth targets, and improve content performance
Coordinate content shoots end-to-end — liaising with students, faculty, mentors,



and other stakeholders, arranging videographers, and managing shoot logistics
Support video production and undertake video presentation/hosting duties, including testimonial collection; travel for shoots as required

Requirements
Freshers are welcome to apply; prior experience in social media management is an added advantage
Proactive and self-driven, with the ability to take initiative independently
Solid presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal
Passion for video presentation, with comfort and confidence on camera for hosting
Working knowledge of social media analytics and current content trends
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders, work flexible schedule, and travel for shoots when required
Track market and content trends, and actively contribute recent ideas in team discussions
