Role Description The Social Media Executive - Internship (paid) role at Speshally.nhs is a contract, on-site position based in Mumbai. In this role, the intern will support the planning and execution of social media campaigns across platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook.

Daily tasks include creating and scheduling posts, drafting captions, curating visual content with the design team, and monitoring engagement and community interactions. The intern will track performance metrics, compile basic reports,



and suggest improvements to enhance reach and impact. The role also involves collaborating with program and marketing teams to align social media content with ongoing initiatives, events, and organizational goals.

Qualifications
Robust skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation for platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook.
Foundational knowledge of Digital Marketing and Marketing principles, including audience targeting and campaign planning.
Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to create explicit, engaging, and inclusive messaging.
Ability to work on-site in Marol, Mumbai, collaborate in a team environment, and manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
Interest in social impact, diversity, and inclusion; prior experience or coursework in marketing, communications, or related fields is preferred.
Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic design tools (e.g., Canva or similar) is an advantage.
