Position: HR Associate

Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & Administration
Handle complete HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination, attendance, and documentation.
Manage hiring processes, screening of resumes, scheduling interviews, and maintaining employee records.
Coordinate with management regarding workforce planning and employee performance tracking.
Maintain professionalism and workplace discipline.

Business Development & Institutional Outreach
Conduct cold calling and lead generation for schools, colleges,



coaching institutes, and educational partners.
Manage and strengthen B2B and B2C relationships for company growth.
Arrange meetings and collaborations with schools, colleges, and coaching institutes for partnerships and business opportunities.
Build and maintain strong skilled relationships with academic institutions and stakeholders.

Campus Ambassador Program Management
Identify, recruit, and manage College Campus Ambassadors across schools and colleges.
Coordinate student engagement activities and represent the company through ambassador programs.
Ensure smooth communication and relationship-building with student representatives.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related fields preferred.
Prior experience in HR, counseling, institutional outreach, admissions, business development, telecalling, or
