Your future duties and responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain solutions on the platform.
. Develop and enhance WebReports and LiveReports to support business processes, reporting, and automation requirements.
. Build custom utilities, automation scripts, and integration tools using technologies such as PowerShell, Java, REST APIs, or similar frameworks.
. Configure, administer, and troubleshoot OpenText Content Server environments across development, testing, and production setups.
. Work closely with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable ECM solutions.
. Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and performance tuning for Content Server-related issues.
. Support system upgrades, migrations, patches,
and deployment activities.
. Create technical documentation, deployment guides, and operational procedures.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
Robust hands-on experience with WebReports and LiveReports development in OpenText Content Server.
. Valuable exposure to administration and configuration.
. Ability to develop custom automation tools/utilities using PowerShell, Java, JavaScript, or related technologies.
. Good understanding of Content Server object model, categories, workflows, permissions, records management, and document lifecycle management.
. Experience in troubleshooting Content Server performance, security, and access-related issues.
. Understanding of deployment activities, transport packages, and environment management.
Positive to Have
Exposure to xecm for Engineering.
. Knowledge of GCI Power tools, including PTV and PTFD.
