Role Overview:

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive - Influencer & Content to support our social media and influencer marketing activities. The role will involve identifying and coordinating with influencers, managing influencer campaigns, creating social media content, and supporting the overall digital marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research relevant influencers and content creators across Instagram, YouTube and other social media platforms.
Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers and creators.
Coordinate with influencers for campaigns, collaborations, product promotions and content deliverables .
Negotiate commercials, deliverables, timelines and campaign requirements with influencers.
Manage influencer campaigns from planning to execution and reporting .
Track influencer content, reach, engagement and campaign performance.
Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns and marketing activities .
Assist in developing creative content ideas, captions, reels and social media posts.
Monitor social media trends, competitor activities and emerging content formats.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Creative,



Marketing and E-commerce for campaign execution.
Maintain influencer databases, campaign trackers and performance reports.
Analyse campaign performance and share insights for improving future campaigns.
Stay updated with the latest Instagram, YouTube and social media trends .

Required Skills: · 1–3 years of relevant experience in Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Digital Marketing or related roles.
Good understanding of Instagram, YouTube and social media platforms .
Strong interest in Influencer Marketing and Digital Marketing .
Valuable communication and negotiation skills.
Robust coordination and relationship-management skills.
Creative mindset with an understanding of social media content.
Good analytical and reporting skills.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
Knowledge of social media analytics and influencer marketing tools is an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate: A candidate who is creative, has good communication and coordination skills, is comfortable working with influencers and content creators, and has a solid interest in Influencer Marketing, Social Media and Marketing Campaigns.
