About the Role:
Hurix Digital is looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and people-friendly intern to join our HR team and bring fresh energy to the way we connect, communicate, and create!
If youre someone who loves Instagram and LinkedIn, enjoys creating content, has a flair for writing and storytelling, and genuinely enjoys interacting with people, this could be the perfect role for you. You’ll help strengthen our social media presence, create engaging content and employee stories, experiment with recent trends and digital tools, and bring creative ideas to our Employee Referral Program.
We’re looking for someone who is curious, confident, full of ideas, and excited to create, connect, experiment, and make things happen!
What You’ll Do:
Create engaging content for Instagram & LinkedIn — posts, reels, stories and carousels
Write blogs, captions, and creative content
Stay on top of social media trends and bring fresh ideas to the table
Explore AI and digital tools to make content creation smarter and faster
Drive communication and creative campaigns for the Employee Referral Program
Connect with employees to encourage and increase referral participation
Track content performance and referral participation
Who we are looking for :
Tech-savvy, creative and social-media obsessed
Comfortable with Instagram, LinkedIn, Canva, CapCut and AI tools
A robust writer who enjoys blogs and storytelling
Confident with public speaking and interacting with people
Proactive, curious and comfortable taking ownership
Backgrounds We’d Love to See: You don't need previous HR experience.
We'd especially love to meet people who have worked as Community Managers, Community Interns, Social Media Interns, Content Creators, Campus Ambassadors, Event Managers/Coordinators, College Fest Leads, Bloggers, Anchors or Hosts.
