Lead R&D; and current product development for agrochemical technical products and intermediates.
Develop, optimize and validate manufacturing processes from lab scale to commercial scale.
Conduct trials for improving yield, purity, cost, cycle time and process efficiency.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting to Production, QA and QC teams.
Lead scale-up, technology transfer and commercial trial batches.
Identify prospects for cost reduction, waste reduction and process improvement.
Prepare and maintain R&D; reports, SOPs, process parameters and technical documentation.
Ensure R&D; activities comply with quality, safety and environmental requirements.
Support new plant expansion, capacity enhancement and current technology implementation.
Lead and develop the R&D; team and ensure timely completion of assigned projects.
