What Makes You a Great Fit

We are seeking a Payroll Specialist based in India, Bangalore. This role owns end-to-end payroll operations across APAC and EMEA, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll delivery while continuously strengthening payroll processes and controls.





You will manage semi-monthly and monthly payroll cycles, validate payroll inputs, coordinate with ICPs, support payroll approvals and funding processes, resolve payroll queries, and ensure payroll documentation is complete and compliant. You thrive in a quick-paced, multi-country workplace and bring a process-oriented mindset focused on accuracy, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
How You’ll Make an Impact:
Payroll processing & delivery
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple countries, ensuring accurate and timely completion of semi-monthly and monthly payroll cycles.
Maintain payroll calendars, track deadlines, and proactively follow up with clients and In-Country Partners (ICPs) to ensure on-time submission of payroll inputs
Collect, review, and validate payroll inputs (e.g., current hires, terminations, salary changes, allowances, bonuses, leave, and reimbursements) for
